How to receive decentralized derivatives trading protocol dYdX governance tokens?
On August 3, the decentralized derivatives trading protocol dYdX announced the launch of the governance token DYDX and airdrops to addresses previously interacted on the platform. The total amount of governance tokens is 1 billion, and the airdrop ratio accounts for 7.5%, which is 75 million DYDX airdrop rewards.
dydx stated that it has taken a snapshot of all historical interactive users of the dYdX protocol on July 26, and a total of 36,203 users have received empty investment grids. dYdX allocates historical user receipts according to the historical transaction volume. If there are 787 addresses whose transaction volume exceeds 1 million USD before the snapshot, each address can receive 9,529.86 DYDX.
How to receive
Go to the dYdX homepage, click on Rewards on the left
After entering Rewards, it will show whether there is any DYDX airdrop available to receive at that address.
However, according to regulations, users cannot directly receive DYDX airdrop rewards, and historical users of different levels need to meet a certain transaction volume requirement again to receive airdrops.
As shown in the figure, the official has set the receiving thresholds for users of different levels. Users need to complete in the Layer 2 version of dYdX from 15:00 on August 3 (UTC) to 15:00 on August 31 (UTC) Airdrops can only be received in accordance with the transaction volume. For example, users with a historical transaction volume of more than 1 million U.S. dollars need to complete a transaction volume of 100,000 U.S. dollars within the changed time period before they can receive the airdrop.
