Nvidia’s cryptocurrency mining product sales drop 60% in the third quarter

According to Nvidia’s latest financial report, the revenue of cryptocurrency mining products fell from US$266 million in the second quarter to US$105 million in the third quarter. The sales of cryptocurrency mining processor (CMP) cards launched earlier this year fell by 60% compared to the previous quarter. According to Nvidia’s Chief Financial Officer Colette Kress (Colette Kress), the company expects its CMP products to drop to a negligible level quarter by quarter in the fourth quarter. (Decrypt)
