Ethernet Developer: Fork Monitoring Tool’s Library for Calculating Block Hash Hashes Doesn’t Have EIP-1559 Support Resulting in Inconsistent Block Hash Values

Ethernet developer Tim Beiko tweeted that the block hash values reported by the fork monitoring tool after the Ropsten activation London upgrade of the Ethernet test network are different from the block browser and nodes, but all fields and both sets of hashes are consistent. This is a tool issue rather than a consensus issue, and the library used by the fork monitoring tool to calculate block hashes does not have EIP-1559 support, so the calculations are different.
