South Korea’s Dragonbane Foundation files court injunction to suspend Bithumb from delisting its own tokens

According to Yonhap News, South Korea’s Dragonbane Foundation filed an injunction with the Seoul Central District Court the day before, seeking a stay on cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb’s delisting of its own tokens. On the 20th of last month, Bithumb designated three tokens as notes for investment: Dragonbane, Aurora (AOA) and DVP (DVP). Bithumb pointed out that the market value of the cryptocurrency in question had dropped from its listing, and that the development and business status of the foundation was difficult to inquire about, as the main reasons for this delisting.
