Bipartisan Cryptocurrency Bill Passes U.S. House of Representatives Again

According to CoinDesk, the U.S. House of Representatives passed two bipartisan cryptocurrency bills on Tuesday night. The Blockchain Innovation Act and a portion of the Digital Taxonomy Act were reportedly previously included in the broader Consumer Security Technology Act. The Consumer Security Technology Act was approved in the last congressional session and passed the House in September 2020, but was never approved by the Senate and expired at the end of the session. The bill has been reintroduced and brought back to the Senate floor.
