Coinbase Launches Smart Contract Security Tool Solidify to Speed Up Coin Upload Review

Officially, Coinbase has launched Solidify, a smart contract security tool used by Coinbase’s newly established Asset Center to audit smart contracts during due diligence of projects applying to go live on Coinbase, in order to improve the speed of security reviews of new assets while protecting the high security standards of the tokens. large signature database and pattern matching engine to detect contract features and their risks, standardize and score smart contract risks, suggest mitigation strategies and generate detailed reports to help Coinbase decide whether to go live with the asset.
Solidify currently supports only simple ethereum contracts (such as the ERC20 token contract) and the Solidity language, with future plans to expand to other EVM public chains and more languages such as Vyper.
